Huilko: Cabaña 3 - San Martin de los Andes

We want your stay in our Cabins to be pleasant and harmonious. To ensure this, we present our regulations.

Acceptance of Terms: Anyone who makes a reservation for accommodation will be deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions that apply at Huilko, as outlined in this document.

Check-in / Check-out Hours:

Check-in from 3:00 PM.

Check-out by 11:00 AM.

Please inform us at least one hour before your departure so we can inventory the cabin. If you stay beyond the designated check-out time, a half-day charge will apply. If you are unable to coordinate the check-out time with your itinerary, we offer the possibility of storing your luggage at the Administration at no cost.

Cabin Capacity:

Loft Cabin: up to 2 people.

Cabins 1 and 3: up to 4 people.

Cabin 2: up to 5 people.

Any alteration of this commitment without prior authorization will require the departure of additional guests and the payment of a fine based on the rate established by Huilko.

For capacity modifications, ONLY for children and/or babies, please inquire.

Guests:

A guest is anyone who enters the complex without being registered. Overnight guests must be registered at the ADMINISTRATION. The number of overnight guests in a cabin cannot exceed its maximum capacity. Occasional guests: If you have guests during the day, the number of guests should not exceed 4 people per cabin, and this must be communicated to the Administration.

Equipment:

All cabins are equipped with a 50” Smart TV, refrigerator with freezer, natural gas stove, toaster, electric kettle, microwave, air conditioner, and hairdryer. Additionally, each cabin has full kitchen equipment for your convenience. The kitchenware is for the use of the registered guests only. REMOVING ITEMS FROM THE CABIN IS PROHIBITED, and any breach of this rule will result in a fine. In case of breakage, the item must be reported and paid for. If you need any utensils for activities by the lake, please ask, and we will provide them free of charge. Please check that everything listed is in the cabin upon your arrival; it will be checked again upon your departure.

Smoke-Free Policy:

Smoking is PROHIBITED inside the cabins and in common areas such as the lounge, administration office, and park. Smoking is harmful to your health, but if you wish to smoke, an ashtray will be provided for use on the deck of your cabin ONLY, along with a container for cigarette butts.

Pets:

Pets are not allowed without prior request and approval.

Rules of Conduct:

We invite you to connect with the natural surroundings and tranquility of the area. Please respect quiet hours during siesta and from 10:00 PM onwards.

Circulation:

The maximum speed limit is 20 km/h, OBLIGATORY. THERE ARE CHILDREN. Please drive cautiously.

Cleaning:

Cleaning is performed between 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM. If you remain inside the cabin, only the waste will be removed. On the staff's days off, there will be no cleaning service. To ensure effective service, please leave your belongings in the designated storage areas. A bath towel will be provided per guest, and in the bathroom, a floor towel and a hand towel will be provided. REMOVING LINENS FROM THE PROPERTY IS PROHIBITED. This action will result in a fine, as well as misuse of the items.

Reservations:

Reservations can be made through our official website www huilko com or by direct contact with our team. You can also book via online agency platforms such as Booking, Airbnb, Despegar, among others. A reservation is confirmed upon payment of 50% of the total stay by bank transfer/deposit within 48 hours of receiving the quote. After this time, the reservation will be automatically canceled. The remaining balance is due upon arrival and can be paid in cash, bank transfer, or credit card (10% surcharge).

Cancellation Policy:

Direct booking: The reservation deposit will be refunded as accommodation credit ONLY if canceled up to 45 days prior to the check-in date. Date changes are subject to availability and the rate for the new requested date. The accommodation balance expires 6 months after the original check-in date.

OTA Reservations: As stipulated by the respective booking platform.

Early Check-out:

If, for reasons beyond our control, a guest must leave before the end of their stay, no claims of any kind can be made, and the total amount paid will be forfeited.

Guest Responsibilities:

Guests are responsible for any misuse of equipment and items within the cabin or property. In case of loss or damage, they must pay for the value of the item, as defined by Huilko.

Valuables:

Huilko is not responsible for the loss or theft of personal items during your stay. A safe is provided in the cabin for your peace of mind. In case of a lockout, please contact the Administration.

Huilko may modify any activities or terms in the regulations as deemed necessary for the better operation of the service or due to force majeure events that require such modifications.

Failure to comply with the regulations and conditions outlined above may result in the immediate removal of the guest, without the right to claim compensation.
